A question about 'soul mates'
The Question:
And it's probably been answered here but I had someone tell me this:
"I'm still looking for that one soul-mate to sweep me off my feet."
And my reply was:
Thanks, John.. I've had many 'soul mates' (we're not EVER limited to just one..
just the one that shares whatever interests or proclivities we are grooving with
at the time). Which could include .. "OH MY GOD.. YOU LIKE THESE COOKIES/tv
programs/fun things to do, TOO?!?" to "yeah, I love it when you do that.." to
"I'm so happy you ventured into my life, thanks for being there.. you're right
in line w my current vibration! I like it!"
It's someone who 'talks' to your soul.. reverberates to the current vibration
you're sending out. And once the vibration changes or alters in any way, if the
strength of the next vibration isn't grooving with them or them with you, fall
back and reconsider the 'soul mated-ness' and allow them a break/brake.
But also know that the joy of someone sharing something with you doesn't always
preclude them being a soul mate. Just groove on who you're with for the time
you're supposed to be with them. Then let them go with much love for the
entertaining time they were able to spend w you before one or both of you moved
on to the next big adventure.
Attaching the title of "SOUL MATE" to someone really puts them under the gun to
come to a level they might not feel comfortable holding the title of. And again,
we COULD have a 'soul mate' for each or ALL of the different adventures of life
we get into and maybe one person isn't always interested in some of our wacky
adventures.
This allows us to let them not attend them or move on if we decide to stay in
those fast, fun times a little longer than their attention span, or their joy in
living vicariously through the joy of your adventure.
This sound about right or am I way off?
